To be eligible to register and use a gp222 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a gp222 employee in any of those roles.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law or regulation from participating in online gambling activities.
• You have not previously been excluded from the gp222 platform via self-exclusion or had an account closed for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• All personal information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on gp222 at any time. Maintaining duplicate accounts is prohibited. Where gp222 identifies multiple accounts operated by the same individual, all accounts except the first registered may be closed without notice, and any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

gp222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point in the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a periodic review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your gp222 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify gp222 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. gp222 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification; however, gp222 cannot be held liable for any losses that occurred prior to your notification.

Account balances on gp222 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are recorded and processed in BDT. gp222 does not hold accounts in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to any transaction on the platform.

Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months — may be subject to a monthly administrative fee as specified in our Fee Schedule, which is available upon request. gp222 will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any inactivity fee is applied.

gp222 reserves the right to close any account, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that is detrimental to the integrity of the platform or other users.

All deposit funds credited to your gp222 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. gp222 does not accept third-party deposits. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a payment instrument not belonging to the registered account holder, gp222 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, withhold associated winnings, and close the account pending investigation.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your gp222 balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the respective payment provider. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take longer depending on your issuing bank's processing time. gp222 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available balance after deducting any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the withdrawal interface.
• gp222 aims to process withdrawal requests within one business day. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the receiving payment provider.

gp222 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, gp222 reserves the right to recover the incorrectly credited amount without further notice. You must not wager funds that you have reason to believe were credited in error.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of every bet — including the event selected, the market, the stake amount, and the outcome selected — before confirmation. gp222 does not accept requests to void, amend, or reverse bets after they have been accepted by the system, except where an error is attributable to a fault on gp222's part.

Sports betting markets on gp222, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) and snooker, are subject to the following general rules:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are correct at the time the bet is placed. In-play odds update in real time and the odds confirmed at the moment of bet placement are the binding odds for that wager.
• gp222 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close betting markets at its sole discretion, including during live events, where integrity concerns arise or where technical conditions necessitate such action.
• In the event of an event abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, settlement will follow the rules specific to that sport and market as published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the gp222 platform.
• Maximum win limits apply per market and per account per day. These limits are available in the gp222 Help section.

In the event of a dispute between the gp222 platform display and the game supplier's server records, the server records shall prevail.

gp222 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a genuine technical fault has caused an incorrect outcome to be recorded, where the integrity of an event is in question, or where a price was published in error due to a manifest technical or human error that a reasonable person would have recognised as incorrect.

Users of gp222 are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and/or referral to the relevant authorities:

gp222's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your gp222 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gp222 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. gp222 will use reasonable efforts to restore service following any interruption but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which gp222 operates. In the event of a dispute between you and gp222, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting gp222 support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first notification, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate legal channels. gp222 will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation or dispute resolution process.

The English version of these Terms & Conditions is the authoritative version. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
